The American Samoa Government Employees' Retirement Fund (ASGERF) is a cost-sharing, multiple-employer, contributory defined benefit retirement plan established in 1971. We serve as a component unit of the American Samoa Government, providing retirement annuities for employees of ASG and its related entities including American Samoa Power Authority (ASPA), American Samoa Telecommunications Authority (ASTCA), LBJ Hospital, American Samoa Community College, Feleti Barstow Library and other government agencies.

Our mission is to provide secure, reliable retirement benefits while maintaining the long-term financial stability of the fund for current and future generations of American Samoa Government employees.
