Board of Trustees
Dedicated leaders providing governance and oversight for your retirement security
Chairman's Message
For more than fifty years, the American Samoa Government Employees’ Retirement Fund has protected the financial security of our public servants. Since 1971, it has grown into a professionally managed trust guided by prudent stewardship and the commitment of its members and trustees.
Our ancestors taught us that service is a sacred responsibility. The Fund reflects this truth by honoring the service that strengthens our aiga and our islands.
As Chairman, I carry this responsibility with humility. Our duty is to safeguard the Fund with integrity, and this new website supports that mission by providing clear and accessible information.
To all government employees, past and present, we offer our sincere appreciation. Your service has shaped our territory and strengthened our people.
With respect and service,
Tuaolo Manaia E. Fruean
