Age 65 with 5 years service OR Age 55 with 30 years service

Age 55 with 10 years service (reduced benefits)

Download the appropriate retirement application form and complete all required sections. Ensure all information is accurate and legible.

Collect all supporting documentation including birth certificate, marriage certificate (if applicable), and employment verification.

Submit your completed application and documents to ASGERF at least 60-90 days before your intended retirement date.

ASGERF will review your application, verify your eligibility, and calculate your benefit amount. You will receive notification of the decision.
